I absolutely loved this. I can see why Blume was hesitant to age this character so many feel strongly attached to (and you know it would have gone badly for her) but you’ve managed a glimpse that lets us make Margaret our menopausal Everywoman 😊

But what if I don’t know what I might have been? And, happiness doesn’t magically happen because you have perky blobs, a flat stomach and no gray hair. Great lines. Thought provoking. Well written, fun, interesting and things to consider.
